American Football: The 17-0 Perfect Season

In the NFL, a perfect regular season is 17-0 under today's schedule — and only the 2007 Patriots have ever gone 16-0 (the old 16-game length) before losing in the Super Bowl. The 1972 Dolphins remain the only team to finish a full season, playoffs included, without a loss.
